Bree & Greg | Wedding

Marrying the love of your life is easily one of the most important things you will ever do. For most of us this is the highlight of our time thus far, finding THE ONE, getting married, settling down… Buy the perfect house, along comes a few adorable kiddos, we relax and there it is, bliss! For Bree and Greg however things are MUCH different. Bree and Greg BOTH are currently serving our wonderful country in the United States Air Guard. Their wedding (which WAS a highlight of their life for sure) was planned while Greg was serving in Afghanistan and Bree was battling to find out when she too would be deployed. Constant traveling finally ended with them both moving to a new city, needing to find the perfect house, the perfect wedding venue and of course the perfect wedding photographers to document this crazy whirlwind of a wedding. We are so happy that their search ended with them becoming Ardent clients and Rick and I getting to be there for their big day!

These two were married at the beautiful Bella Sera Event Center in downtown Brighton, CO. With Greg being gone, Bree definitely had her hands full when it came to planning this wedding. One of the things she absolutely loved about Bella Sera was the fact that her event coordinator Suri could help her with absolutely every detail from start to finish. Ceremony to reception, table decor to their amazingly scrumptious wedding meal, Suri helped Bree to plan everything until she was sure that it was perfect! Their intimate ceremony began with Bree making a grand entrance down a regal staircase, meeting her father at the bottom to walk down the aisle. After a heartfelt exchange of vows, their reception featured Air Force Blue decor and was lit by flickering candle light. Definitely one of the most beautiful receptions that we have photographed to date! Don’t even get me started on the dancing! Rick about lost it watching how emotional Bree and her Dad were during the Father/Daughter dance, and me? Well I definitely got all teary eyed during Greg and Bree’s first dance, these two are just SO in love.

Bree and Greg, thank you so much for opening your hearts to us. From the beginning it felt like we were all just old friends. We loved getting to help out with your wedding and will be waiting patiently for those AFRICAN SAFARI pictures! (BEST HONEYMOON EVERY BTW)
