I have a thing against big ‘box’ bridal stores. In an effort to play nice I won’t name names, but time after time we continue to hear horror stories from our brides about their experience. Buttons missing, crazy long back orders, stains, tears and high pressure sales people. We even had one bride who was charged for a hem and brought her dress home only to find the entire bottom of her dress unstitched and still lined with straight pins on the morning of her wedding! She was left with a decision, have her dress be way to long or get stuck in the ankle about a million times throughout the day. Not fun either way! I wish I could take every one of our brides and personally walk them downtown. I would love to introduce them to Amanda, Kelli and Natalie, the fabulous ladies of Mountain Valley Bridal.
