BABY PHOTOS LARAMIE | Allie Mae

Meet Allie Mae… she MIGHT just be totally adorable enough to cause the entire city of Laramie, WY to come down with some serious baby fever. She has a sweet smile like her Momma, is playful like her Daddy and is quite possible the easiest, most photogenic newborn client we’ve ever had!

Walking into the Sonzogni house we couldn’t help but be touched by the photos that adorn their walls. We have had the pleasure of photographing Brien and Emily MULTIPLE times throughout the years starting with their engagement. We were there to capture their wedding vows, celebrated Emily’s adorable baby bump during their maternity session and were over the moon excited to get to help them remember this fleeting time with their new little one. Frame after frame filled with LOVE, photos we took to help them to remember the amazing moments God has blessed their family with. It’s always so humbling to see our work printed, displayed and given a proper place in our clients homes. It really puts what we do into a new light. Photography allows us to pay our bills, yes. It also allows us an outlet for our creativity, true. But what it does most of all is help people to remember the most important, special and alive moments in their lives. It never gets old getting to see moments for our clients, photographed through our eyes.

We’ve taken many baby photos here in Laramie, there is just something about this session though. The light in their house was fantastic as were the beautiful details these two chose to adorn Allie’s nursery. Her room was FILLED with scripture, beautiful framed memories and really gave glory to our wonderful maker. They chose such a soft delicate color palette and CREATED many of the details themselves from the clever paper flowers above her crib to the sturdy shelves that held the books she would someday read! What a lucky girl with such a peaceful and serene place to lay her head and dream.

I remember brainstorming outfits for Allie with her momma before the session. Often times we do this with clients then prioritize their FAVORITE outfits at the beginning just in case their little one just isn’t loving being photographed for very long. This sweet girl was so calm, such a sweetheart and an absolute perfect doll, we could have cycled through her whole closet and been fine! She was a photographers dream and these have to be the cutest baby photos Laramie has ever seen!

It was especially wonderful to see the beautiful way Emily and Brien have settled into their role as parents. We loved photography Emily and Allie, watching the way she lovingly swaddled her before cradling her in her arms. The smile that this momma had watching her daughter yawn and smile, wriggling her fingers and toes. It was a treat to see Brien looking less like a new Dad and more like a seasoned pro as he played with his little girl, burp rag drapes handily over his shoulder. These two were made to be parents and it showed!

Brien and Emily, we adore you guys and are so blessed to get you see you be parents! Allie is so wonderful and being able to see her grow and become the center of your family is such a treat!

Love the light and especially the proud Daddy look Brien has here while looking at Allie. Doesn’t her smile just MAKE this photo? True story whenever this sweet girl is around her Daddy she has her eyes wide open ready to play!

Emily is already SUCH a great Mom! The photo on the right of this collage is my favorite! Rick snapped this from above and I just adore the unique viewpoint it provides!

Awwww baby tootsies! Aren’t they just the best! Love little details like this, they grow up so fast. It’s images like this one that help us to remember just how little they are once upon a time.

The colors they chose for the nursery were just perfect and totally complimented by Allie’s first baby photo here in Laramie, an ULTRASOUND! Love it!

A family of two becomes a family of THREE. Rick and I were honored to take their first professional family photo. Enjoy her guys they don’t stay this little for long!

So peaceful, calm and serene. I really loved the detail Allie’s pink bow added to her photos. What a cutie pie! Watch out Laramie!

Such an incredible bond, we know how much Brien and Emily prayed for this little one. God is good!

More details… don’t baby shoes just make you ooh and ahh! These look huge now but someday soon she will be wearing these stylish pinkies to church!
