Winter here in WY can be beautiful. It can also be treacherous, windy, freezing cold and definitely be difficult to shoot in! Seems like every year we have one or two couples that end up needing to reschedule, then reschedule, then reschedule lol. Kerensa & Jordan were totally THOSE clients this season 😉 What we loved about these two however is that although it was disappointing to have to reschedule they really wanted their photos to be AMAZING. They wanted to SEE the rustic bridges in their photos, be able to take advantage of the gorgeous lodge window light that was previously hidden behind 5 feet of snow. They wanted something winter AND fantastic and they were willing to wait for the perfect time.
We headed up to the Snowy Mountains for their session. They did SUCH a great job blocking out the cold and just focusing on each other and being in the moment. Seeing them lost in each other, laughing at the end of our lens was absolutely perfect. We really had a wonderful opportunity to photograph these two as they are: easy going, head over heels in love and marrying their best friends. Kerensa & Jordan, thank you for being ‘all over the calendar’, making that long drive and allowing us to be the ones to capture your engagement! Good luck with the wedding in Tuscon!
