LITTLE AMERICA CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS | Erin & Chase

Rick and I were thrilled to get the opportunity to be Erin and Chase’s Little America Cheyenne wedding photographers! Their ceremony was held at the beautiful and historic St. Mary’s Cathedral in Cheyenne, Wyoming. After a trolley ride around Cheyenne, we ended up at the gorgeous Little America ballroom for the wedding reception. Emotional speeches, beautiful special dances and yummy cupcakes highlighted the evening.

Erin and Chase, we can’t thank you enough for choosing Rick and I to be your Little America Cheyenne wedding photographers! We had such a great time photographing your big day and can’t wait to see what God has in store for you in the future! Congratulations, guys!

I try to arrive a little bit early to each wedding because I absolutely love photographing the dress, jewelry and other bridal details.

After photographing all of those details I have plenty of time to spend with the lovely bride while she is getting ready.

Erin was such a gorgeous bride and was so easy to photograph!

Erin’s mom was helping her get ready for the big day and that made for some very special moments while putting the dress on.

When Rick and I are photographing the “getting ready” we try to find dramatic lighting that will really add to the storytelling.

Erin’s dress from Felice Bridal was stunning and black and white images like this one really show the amazing detail.

We had a first look so that Erin’s father could see her for the first time in her dress. This was his reaction!

The few final touch ups on Erin’s hair as the ceremony approaches.

Erin and Chase’s ceremony was held at the incredible St. Mary’s Cathedral in Cheyenne, Wyoming.

The cathedral is over 100 years old and is such a beautiful place to have a wedding ceremony.

All of the little details from the cathedral add to the overall feeling of the ceremony.

Minutes before the ceremony the father stopped in to go over everything with Chase and his guys and give them a last minute pep talk!

This little cutie had a LONG aisle to walk down while throwing the flower petals.

This moment when Erin and her father enter St. Mary’s Cathedral is breathtaking, isn’t it?

The very proud father of the bride shared a nice moment with Chase as he handed off Erin.

As Little America Cheyenne wedding photographers, we get to photograph many of those ceremonies at St. Mary’s Cathedral.

We love capturing special looks and little glances between the bride and groom during the ceremony.

These two are very much in love and it definitely showed during the ceremony.

I now pronounce you husband and wife…you may kiss your new bride!

Erin and Chase (and all of their bridal party) took a trolley ride around Cheyenne.

The light was absolutely perfect so we had them stop at a local park for some photos!

These two were so incredibly natural and comfortable in front of the camera that is made things super easy for us!

We really just found great light and allowed their love and personalities to come out.

This timeless black and white is one of our faves from the day. Don’t they look like movie stars?

A very simple and elegant portrait of the lovely bride.

We spent around 30 minutes with these two for the bridal portraits but easily could have spent a few hours.

Sometimes leaving our couples alone and allowing genuine emotion to come out makes for much more natural images.

Love the natural framing and lines of the tree limbs in this image. Again, they could be a Hollywood couple, right?

It’s easy to document the genuine passion of newlyweds.

Erin’s gorgeous bouquet was created by The Prairie Rose in Cheyenne.

Chase’s shades totally make this image.

We love Erin’s confidence to stare down the camera in this image!

We feel so lucky getting to be Little America Cheyenne wedding photographers! It’s our favorite place to photograph a wedding reception!

All of the details (even the lighting fixtures) were all so interesting.

All of the floral pieces designed by The Prairie Rose were so creative. Carol from A-One Weddings and Events did a fantastic job not only planning but also with all the decor!

Erin’s ring was one of the prettiest we have seen. So simple yet so elegant. Stunning!

High fives all around as the bride and groom are announced at their grand entrance.

Erin’s father gave a very heart felt and emotional toast for the new husband and wife.

This is the same moment photographed from another angle to show Erin’s reaction to her father’s speech.

It truly was a very special moment in an evening that was filled with them.

The first dance as husband and wife.

Chase would make Erin laugh throughout the day and their first dance was no exception.

Here Erin and her father get to share one final moment of the day during the father/daughter dance.

They both did a pretty good job of holding the tears back as much as they could.

It feel like you can just FEEL the embrace in this photo, doesn’t it?

Chase got to have a touching dance with his mother as well.

And he made her laugh just like he made Erin laugh as well!

Don’t you just love how joyful these two were throughout their day?

Even while cutting their cake they were having such a great time!

The evening ended with a few memorable toasts.

The first toast came from Erin’s former basketball competitor turned maid of honor.

It was a beautiful, funny and very heartfelt speech.

Chase’s best man followed with his own amazing toast.

You can tell by their faces that Erin and Chase really enjoyed it.
