As a wedding photographer Cheyenne WY is practically our own backyard. Filled with gorgeous places we have photographed special moments for our clients. Many times we head to the Kiwanis Community House to photograph our couple’s big day. When Austin and Myron described what they had in mind we were so excited! A gorgeous outdoor ceremony on the shore in Lions Park sounded magical. When we pulled up on the day of however we were greeted with rain drops, thunder clouds and the doom and gloom that can come from weather being different than you had imagined on your wedding day. One of the things we absolutely LOVED most about Austin and Myron however was that they didn’t let this ruin one minute of their wedding day not even at the nigh party at the https://malerevue.com.au/topless-waiters-melbourne/. They pressed on focusing on the most important thing which was WHO you were marrying and not what the weather was doing why you said I DO. We had so much fun with these two trying to stay dry and yet accomplish BEAUTIFUL bridal formals. Loved how playful these two were, their set is marked by laughter, joking and smiles galore.

Another thing we loved was how to they chose to decorate the space. Their wedding was FILLED with scripture and little lovely details. It was the most amazing thing to photograph and we could have taken photos of their decor all day! Everywhere we turned were more amazing signs, textures and colors. One of our FAVORITE things however were the metal roses that Myron welded for his beautiful bride. One of a kind, we had never seen anything like them.

Austin and Myron it is inspiring how you love one another. How you put each other first and just go through life happy with your best friend at your side. We were honored to be your wedding photographers! We will be praying for you and know the Lord has big things in store for you!

If you are planning your wedding and want yours like theirs we suggest you to see this additional hints, remember that a good photographer, a beautiful dress, a limo like the ones from Cedillo Limousines Orange County 8475 Artesia Blvd #F, Buena Park, CA 90621 (714) 874-5514 will definitely make your wedding day unforgettable.

Here are a few of our favorite photos from their day:

Austin’s dress is AH-MAZE-ING don’t you think? That neckline is just stunning it was a joy to photograph! Love that she paired it with boots as well, so WYOMING.

WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER CHEYENNE WY

Austin and her girls got ready in the bathroom at the Kiwani’s Community House. It reminded me of high school dances getting ready in school bathrooms, laughing and being silly with your girls. Loved this special time for them!

WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER CHEYENNE WY

Love that in leau of hiring someone for hair and makeup, Austin had one of her good friends help do it for her! They did such a great job too!

WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER CHEYENNE WY

We have noticed as a wedding photographer Cheyenne WY weddings often use the Kiwani’s Community House as venue. It is spacious and roomy but the only pretty window light is right in the lobby. We were SO PUMPED than Austin and Myron were both up for getting ready in this space. Good light trumps everything when it comes to wedding photography!

WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER CHEYENNE WY

Every detail of Austin’s dress was better than the last. The neckline, the detail, the gorgeous open back – swooon!

WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER CHEYENNE WYI just adore this photo of Austin looking in the mirror and fixing her veil. I picture her grandkiddos oohing and aahing over how pretty she was on her wedding day!

WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER CHEYENNE WYWe have done all this bragging up when it comes to Austin’s wedding attire. What about Myron? Here is photographic proof that he gave her a serious run for her money when it comes to wedding fashion.

WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER CHEYENNE WYWe really loved the paisley pattern of his vest. It was so unique and stylish… #groomgoals for sure…

WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER CHEYENNE WY

Not to mention HOW COOL is the color combo? Love how it is both masculine and feminine at the same time!

WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER CHEYENNE WY

Myron was surrounded by his guys who helped him get wedding day ready – again in the hall, where the good light is lol!

Don’t you just love the little burlap pillow? SO country and Wyoming!

WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER CHEYENNE WY

It totally rained on Austin and Myron’s wedding day. I know I know… good luck right?! Love that these two didn’t let it phase them. They just moved their ceremony inside and went with the flow.

WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER CHEYENNE WY

Love this classic black and white of Myron as Austin comes down the aisle.

WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER CHEYENNE WY

Faith was such a big part of their day. Their reception was FILLED with scripture decor and this image of the prayer before the ceremony just gives me goosebumps!

WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER CHEYENNE WYThe happy couple about to say I DO.

WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER CHEYENNE WY

We love keeping our eyes out for tiny details that artistically add to the story of their day. Loved the way Austin’s dress draped across the hardwood floor and was surrounded by petals from the flower girl’s basket.

WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER CHEYENNE WY

I don’t know why but I LOVE photos of the bride and groom holding hands during the ceremony. I imagine little squeezes exchanged as the officiant says something meaningful. Rick and I hold hands while we pray and I just feel like that connection is so intimate and special!

WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER CHEYENNE WYThis is a signature Rick photo. Shot through the shoulders of the grooms men and sure to be the way Myron will remember Austin looking at him.

WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER CHEYENNE WYIsn’t their altar adorable? Loved the vintage wooden doors and of of course the scripture the command from the Lord to Joshua.

WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER CHEYENNE WYStay tuned for close up photos of their rings. BOTH were so lovely and unique!

WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER CHEYENNE WYThis photo is so sweet. Austin was such a beautiful bride, everything about her was just perfection.

WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER CHEYENNE WYYou may now kiss the bride meets rockin out down the aisle LOVE IT!

WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER CHEYENNE WY

Remember how we mentioned that it rained for their ceremony? That rain kept at it even through their bridal formals. You would be interested to know ALL of their bridal formals are under the cover of the Kiwanis Community House awnings. We simply stayed dry and photographed with the surrounding backgrounds behind our couple. As a wedding photographer Cheyenne WY rainstorms force you to be prepared to get wet or get creative 😉

WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER CHEYENNE WY

Aren’t her flowers to die for? I love big bold beautiful bouquets, they are just so regal!

WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER CHEYENNE WY

Shooting through the moment is one of our favorite things to do as a wedding photographer. Often times we are joking around with our couples during this portion of the day and wide open mouth laughs are the things dreams are made of when it comes to portraits!

WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER CHEYENNE WYTimeless. Romantic. Epic am I right?!

WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER CHEYENNE WYThe rainy weather made it perfect to just cuddle in and get close. We took full advantage of this for their bridal formals.

WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER CHEYENNE WY

Lyon’s park was such a gorgeous, rich and contrasty background for their photos, don’t you think? For wedding photographer Cheyenne WY weddings often include photos in this gorgeous park. The rain just added to its natural beauty!

That bouquet, that dress AGAIN and now a gorgeous veil….STOOOOOPPP its just all too perfect!

WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER CHEYENNE WY

We loved waiting for little moments with these two where they would tease each other and smile. These guys are so laid back and fun, we are glad their photos tell their story!

WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER CHEYENNE WY

Staying dry was important but SO WERE THE CHERRY BLOSSOMS. We found a way to make both work with this creative underexposed photo.

WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER CHEYENNE WYMyron and his sweet momma…

WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER CHEYENNE WY

Our couples ALWAYS have this talk… right before cutting the cake. Are we going to be nice or… Love that they went for ‘or’ lol.

WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER CHEYENNE WY

Ok we are STILL dying over how awesome Myron’s Dad was on the dancefloor. Highlight of the night stuff right there! Here is a tip from this wedding photographer Cheyenne WY better watch out, he has some serious moves!

As a Cheyenne wedding photographer we are very familiar with the Hynd’s Lodge amphitheater in the Happy Jack area. Nestled in the middle of gorgeous wide open Wyoming country is a rustic stage with built in rock seating, windy paths and outdoor charm. When Kaitlyn and Kyle told us this was the spot for their wedding we were super excited to see what they would do with it!

After having photographed their wedding we can honestly say it was PERFECT! They carried a lovely blue and sunflower theme throughout that just brought the space to life! Their family and friends FILLED the place and we loved getting to capture the day for them. These two had a style all their own. From Kyle’s bolo tie to their spice rub wedding favors their day was super unique. They really took the time to think of special personal details to incorporate many of which we had never seen! Oh and did we mention that they had Famous Dave’s cater their event? It was delicious and really fit their down home country theme.

Kaitlyn and Kyle, thank you for being you. Thank you for being fun loving, easy going and letting us follow you around for the entire day lol! We had a blast with you and cannot wait to see whats is next for you and your amazing family!

What is a Cheyenne wedding photographer blogpost without some PHOTOS?! Here are a few of our favorites from Kaitlyn and Kyle’s wedding day:

CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERAs a Cheyenne wedding photographer we see a myriad of wedding dresses. Kaitlyn’s dress however was stunning, I just adored how full and stylish it was! Check out that bling she rocked right along with it too.

CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERKaitlyn got ready inside of the visitors center at Curt Gowdy State Park. This space was perfect for her and her girls to spread out, get glam and prepare for the big day.

CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER

Yep, you are correct… Kyle totally sported a bolo tie for their wedding. This had special meaning to him and we think he totally pulled it off!

CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERWe mentioned there was all kinds of room where Kaitlyn got ready. Kyle not so much lol. Hynd’s Lodge boasts an open space for receptions and the tiniest getting ready space ever, on the second floor. It used to be a boy scout lodge and their bunkhouse of sorts was on the second level.

CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER

The unique space did make for some interesting light that totally made us swoon when shooting in black and white!

CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER

As a Cheyenne wedding photographer we get to meet our bride and grooms family and friends on their big day. What absolutely stuck out to us however about Kaitlyn & Kyle’s crew was just the crazy amount of love, fun and support they brought with them. Everyone was smiling the entire day and everyone pulled through to help in any way making this the best day ever!

CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERThese two had there ceremony at the Hynd’s Lodge Amphitheater. The space itself is rustic and often doesn’t need much decor. LOVED how colorful and unique their touches were however. These two carried a blue and sunflower theme throughout – swooon!

CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER

Not to mention the GIANT staircase leading down to the amphitheater itself! Talk about a way to make an entrance, this is always our favorite part.

CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER

Love how timeless this is in black and white. Kyle looks so happy as his true love walks the aisle to become his wife.

CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER

Again with this gorgeous dress, I mean come on it’s super stunning right?!

CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER

This isn’t just a smile and its not just happiness… This is JOY over finding the perfect woman to spend the rest of your life with!

CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERSmall detail shots like this are always fun to keep our eyes open for…

CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER

Remember Kyle’s joyful smile? Kaitlyn wore the same smile for the entire ceremony! These two were so made for each other!

CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER

Something about writing your own vows just adds to the day. Reading your own words is so personal and intimate. Love that these two went this route.

CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERAs a Cheyenne wedding photographer seeing our clients tear up gets me every time! Good thing our cameras are big enough to cover up our own happy tears while shooting!

CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER

Something about Wyoming summer is just my favorite thing ever. Lush golden rod grasses are just perfect for portraits. Couple that with some amazing back lighting and MAGIC!

CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERThe light was seriously so dreamy! Loved how this paired with evergreens was just the perfect background for these two.

CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER

Isn’t this just so magical. Don’t you wonder where they are right now? We could have photographed in this spot for the entire day.

CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER

Rocking that bolo tie don’t you think? Definite groom style award, we’ve NEVER had a groom wear a bolo tie before.

CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER

Something about classic layered black and whites just makes my heart go pitter patter. As a Cheyenne wedding photographer I can tell you these two are seriously #couplegoals.

CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERCan we just talk about Kaitlyn’s bouquet for a moment? So wild, lovely and unique. We really don’t see that many weddings with sunflowers nowadays.

CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER

Ok so some of you may not like this shot. Why is the couple out of focus, why are we looking at grass… guess this appeals a bit more to our artsy side lol.

CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER

Here you go we followed it up with a wide open Wyoming landscape portrait. Gotta love that gorgeous bit of country!

CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER

These two were so wonderful. We would pick a lovely spot, face some amazing light and then leave them alone. They made our job SUPER easy.

CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER

Isn’t this decor so perfect? Loved the dirt and worm potted sunflowers that the bride’s sister created for her special day!

CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER

Who has meat rub as a wedding favor? Our amazing couple, that is who. Again this was a first but we absolutely LOVED it and were happy to bring some home as well!

CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER

Kaitlyn’s ring was so unique. It actually looks a little bit like a sunflower don’t you think?

CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER

Bouquet shot by Rick, his bouquet photos are always so stunning!

CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER

As we mentioned before Kaitlyn and Kyle’s friends and family are awesome so of course their toasts were too!

CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER

First dance magic in front of their crowd. Love how easy it is for our couples to forget where they are and just get lost in the moment.

CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER

Kaitlyn and her Dad enjoying their Father/Daughter dance!

CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER

Oh and did we mention that those amazing dirt and worm pots had an equally amazing sunflower cake also made by the bride’s sister?

Believe it or not Rick and I have never shot a Fox Run Golf Club wedding Laramie bride’s often choose other venues here in town. We were excited to see what a bride and groom could do in this beautiful event space and Mary & Colin made it so lovely. We can see many many more brides and grooms considering this space! It was absolutely perfect for not only Mary & Colin’s aesthetic but also for the amount of friends and family they had in attendance. There was plenty of space for guests and no one felt cramped.

In addition to their reception at Fox Run these two chose to have their ceremony at Laramie Valley Chapel. This was so special to us being that this is also OUR home church. The gorgeous rustic sanctuary, cathedral ceilings and spot in symmetry make for some amazing ceremony photos. We were so pleased to see these two putting their faith and belief in Jesus on full display throughout their big day. From the message shared by their officiant Sean Ennist to the Bible they had available for guests to highlight their favorite verse for the couple.

Fox Run is beautiful of course but Rick and I were so in love with a grove of trees just off property. Mary & Colin were amazing and trusted us as we drove away from the beautiful golf course to this tree lined area we had hand picked for them. Photographing them was magic, we would look for good light, a gorgeous background then give them some space to just get lost in each other, Pretty soon they would be cuddling in, laughing and exchanging fleeting glances. This no doubt made out jobs super easy!

Mary & Colin, thank you for having us photograph such an important day in your lives. We appreciate and love how your faith and sharing the love you have for Jesus was the MOST important thing about your wedding day. What a strong foundation to build your lives upon! We will be praying for you two!

What amazing first dance doesn’t end with a dip right?

Photographing a Vedauwoo Wyoming wedding is every photographer’s dream. When Mary mentioned this was what she and Brady were planning for their big day we were so excited. Jumping through hoop after hoop trying to obtain permits, and adjust guest counts these two decided to have their ceremony and reception nearby in Laramie and have all of their photos taken there in Vedauwoo. What a GREAT decision because the day of their wedding the weather was absolutely freezing. Don’t let the photos fool you, these two were troopers but it was frigid cold outside when we photographed!

Rick and I love it when we get to work with couples who choose to put Christ up front and center during their wedding. Sharing the gospel, taking communion and being prayed over before the days festivities. There was no mistaking how important their faith and love for Jesus Christ was, it was on full display the entire day! Their ceremony was so heartfelt, we especially loved the personalized slideshow and the fact that all the guests were invited to sing worship songs together! After these two walked down the aisle we headed to Vedauwoo for their bridal portraits. First we photographed with the guys, while the girls stayed warm and toasty in their cars. When we brought out the ladies it was a quick off with their coats as we worked our photography magic. Finally we snuck back into the aspens with Mary & Brady for the photos with the two of them. That morning it had been foggy and winter was coming fast, I really think we managed to find the absolute LAST of the Fall colors. Our bride and groom were amazing those, they were so lost in the moment.

For their reception we headed back to Laramie. I wish we could convey just how much of a transformation to these made to the Albany County Fairgrounds. What usually is a very masculine industrial setting was suddenly so magically decorated. Edison lights, hanging chandeliers, vintage china and a handmade pergola that was beyond anything we’ve ever seen. They provided a photo booth for their guests to enjoy and really were so thoughtful with the way they set up the space, contact ATL Photo Booth Rentals to get the best service. Get ready for something that will absolutely blow your mind though… those gorgeous cakes, that yummy food? Brady catered his own wedding. He did it flawlessly and everyone loved it!

Mary & Brady, it was an absolute pleasure working with you for your wedding. Christ was up front and center the entire day and as believers ourselves it just filled us with such a joy throughout your wedding! We love you both and will be praying for the amazing things the Lord will be doing!

Again with that gorgeous Fall colored bouquet, LOVE LOVE LOVE!
VEDAUWOO WYOMING WEDDING
As keepsakes for the guests, Brady and Mary printed Polaroids of important moments of their courtship.
VEDAUWOO WYOMING WEDDING
Here we chose to photograph their rings on one of the vintage pieces of china. Both of their rings were just so UNIQUE!
VEDAUWOO WYOMING WEDDING
Want to know something that will absolutely floor you? Brady catered his own wedding. Even down to those delicious cheesecakes.
VEDAUWOO WYOMING WEDDING
Their lighting set up was an absolute dream when photographing all their details.
VEDAUWOO WYOMING WEDDING
Toasts were held under the pergola and so heartfelt!
VEDAUWOO WYOMING WEDDING
Loved how personal and emotional their toasts were.

Impromptu sparkler exit saying bon voyage to the happy couple.

Rick and I first met Saige & Nick while photographing Kit & Jason’s Granby Ranch wedding. Nick was one of Jason’s groomsmen and probably did not know it at the time but he would soon be planning his OWN Ridgeline Hotel wedding in Estes Park. Many times friends and family of our couples get to witness first how Rick and I work as wedding photographers. Are we easy to get along with? Is our style laid back and documentary? Because they LIVED the day with the bride and groom they get a great feel for whether the photos we took helped to tell the actually story of how it all happened at Mint Springs Farm.

When Nick contacted us after he and Saige had decided to have us photograph their wedding we were thrilled. We adore them and also Estes Park as well so it was a match made in heaven. Originally Saige & Nick had originally planned on having their entire wedding at Mary’s Lake Lodge there in Estes. I will never forget getting a call from Saige informing us that their wedding venue had BURNT down and asking for some suggestions on where else they could say I Do. In the end they had their getting ready and ceremony there at Mary’s Lake Lodge then headed down the hill to the Ridgeline Hotel.

Not before accompanying us to Lily Lake however! What a treat, we went there for gorgeous Rocky Mountain views and beautiful scenery but when we arrived there was a glorious surprise. Seeing one moose is majestic but we saw THREE! A Momma moose had brought her babies to the lake and we even got to incorporate some of these majestic creatures into their bridal formals!

Nick & Saige, you day was so lovely! We loved spending time with you and your friends and family. SO much love in that group! Thank you for allowing us to be a small part of your big day. It meant the world to us. We cannot wait to see what the future holds in store for you guys!

RIDGELINE HOTEL WEDDING ESTES PARK

Saige’s dress from LUV Bridal was so simple and elegant as was her taste in wedding jewelry!
RIDGELINE HOTEL WEDDING ESTES PARK

Jordan Southwick did such an amazing job on Saige’s wedding day makeup. It was SO flawless!
RIDGELINE HOTEL WEDDING ESTES PARKDon’t you just LOVE the lave and bead detailing on her gown?!
RIDGELINE HOTEL WEDDING ESTES PARKThis Ridgeline Hotel wedding in Estes Park actually started out at Mary’s Lake Lodge…
RIDGELINE HOTEL WEDDING ESTES PARKNick & Saige got ready in separate locations each with plenty of room to get ready and spend time with their bridal party!
RIDGELINE HOTEL WEDDING ESTES PARKThe colors these two chose for their Ridgeline Hotel wedding in Estes Park were so classic and timeless!
RIDGELINE HOTEL WEDDING ESTES PARKOne of my favorite things is seeing the groom anxiously awaiting the bride to walk down the aisle…
RIDGELINE HOTEL WEDDING ESTES PARKSaige’s brother walked her down the aisle. You could tell how close these two were and this was an emotional time for them both.
RIDGELINE HOTEL WEDDING ESTES PARKOne last embrace before the ceremony started.
RIDGELINE HOTEL WEDDING ESTES PARKSaige’s vow were so wonderful! Personal, funny and super heart felt. Loved every single word!
RIDGELINE HOTEL WEDDING ESTES PARKNot to be outdone we really loved how Nick shared the story of when they first met. You could just feel how much love he has for Saige!
RIDGELINE HOTEL WEDDING ESTES PARKThis has got to be my favorite image from their ceremony. These two are playful and fun individuals and her wink is so priceless.
RIDGELINE HOTEL WEDDING ESTES PARKEven though these two chose to have a Ridgeline Hotel wedding in Estes Park for their ceremony they chose Mary’s Lake Lodge. Check out that view!
RIDGELINE HOTEL WEDDING ESTES PARKLove it when friends and family tear up during the ceremony. What an honor it is to be a bridesmaid and watch as one of your best friends says I do.
RIDGELINE HOTEL WEDDING ESTES PARKNow THAT is a first kiss. Loved the dip…
RIDGELINE HOTEL WEDDING ESTES PARKWhat a good looking group of gentleman! Again these two did a really great job picking colors, so timeless!
RIDGELINE HOTEL WEDDING ESTES PARKOne of the things we loved from their Ridgeline Hotel wedding in Estes Park was the gorgeous scenery that was available for bridal portraits!
RIDGELINE HOTEL WEDDING ESTES PARKSuch a stunning group of ladies! And those flowers are exceptionally beautiful with all those roses!
RIDGELINE HOTEL WEDDING ESTES PARKAfter the ceremony we headed to Lily Lake with Saige & Nick for a bit of alone time as we photographed their bridal portraits.
RIDGELINE HOTEL WEDDING ESTES PARKThe sunlight was absolutely unreal and we tried to soak up every last drop!
RIDGELINE HOTEL WEDDING ESTES PARKWhat a treat it was when we not only saw one moose but that moose turned out to be a Momma who was there with BABIES!
RIDGELINE HOTEL WEDDING ESTES PARKSaige is so beautiful inside and out. Her mermaid hair and gorgeous smile is matched only by her loving heart and the way she cares for those around her.
RIDGELINE HOTEL WEDDING ESTES PARKI bet you can’t tell that we totally fell in love with the dock at Lily Lake right? We definitely used it in many of their bridal formals.
RIDGELINE HOTEL WEDDING ESTES PARKLoved this relaxed natural smile that Nick gave us. Helps that the love of his life was standing right behind us when we snapped this photo lol!
RIDGELINE HOTEL WEDDING ESTES PARKThe way the sunlight filtered through Saige’s breathtaking mermaid hair just MAKES these photos.
RIDGELINE HOTEL WEDDING ESTES PARKJust a classic portrait of the new bride and groom. Sans moose…
RIDGELINE HOTEL WEDDING ESTES PARKWe really just adored how lost these two would become in one another. They completely forgot about being photographed and just were so casual.
RIDGELINE HOTEL WEDDING ESTES PARKThis beautiful photo of the wedding bouquet is made even more perfect by the woodsy setting.
RIDGELINE HOTEL WEDDING ESTES PARKFor their Ridgeline Hotel wedding in Estes Park these two chose very rustic decor. Loved their ‘guestbook’ that was handmade just for them!
RIDGELINE HOTEL WEDDING ESTES PARKBoth of Saige’s parents have passed away. They had a beautiful memorial table with her parents wedding photos and toasting glasses on it as a tribute.
RIDGELINE HOTEL WEDDING ESTES PARKWe really liked how they kept their decor simple and elegant. And those pops of red are just so perfect!
RIDGELINE HOTEL WEDDING ESTES PARKWhat is a ring shot without something amazing to feature them on. Loved again bringing a woodsy vibe to their day.
RIDGELINE HOTEL WEDDING ESTES PARKToasts were all so amazing and thoughtful. Love how many people wanted to say something to the happy couple!
RIDGELINE HOTEL WEDDING ESTES PARKIt is always so touching when the most important people in your life have something to tell you on the most important day of your life!
RIDGELINE HOTEL WEDDING ESTES PARKOne of the perks of having a Ridgeline Hotel wedding in Estes Park is the amazing outdoor reception space they offer. Isn’t that tent beautiful?
RIDGELINE HOTEL WEDDING ESTES PARKFirst dance, don’t let our photos fool you these two danced literally in just moonlight. We added our own lights for photo purposes but tried to keep the drama!
RIDGELINE HOTEL WEDDING ESTES PARKFun, spontaneous, playful… these two really are adorable if left alone to do their thing.
RIDGELINE HOTEL WEDDING ESTES PARKDramatic moonlight dip to end their first dance…
RIDGELINE HOTEL WEDDING ESTES PARK

This photo gives us all the feels. Saige’s father had passed away before seeing her get married. Here her brother dances with her as a tribute to him during the Father Daughter Dance.

Rick and I were excited to travel back to Holyoke, Colorado again for Gentry and Jeremy’s Phillips County Event Center wedding. This spot holds a lot of memories for these two, as they spent many nights together at the fairgrounds as their new romance was blossoming. Gentry even shared with us that she has sang the national anthem here too many times to count. So, having their Phillips County Event Center wedding here was not only a great choice because of the beautiful venue but also one that has so much sentimental value as well. Discover 4 different ways to explore Southern USA. The South falls from the granite, forested fists of Kentucky and Tennessee into craggy hill country and thick woods. This rugged landscape slowly changes as the waters of its rivers – including North America’s greatest, the Mississippi – saturate the land into boggy, black-water blankets and sun-seared marsh, all thinning into the salty membrane of the Atlantic Ocean and Gulf of Mexico.

Gentry and Jeremy had their ceremony at the First United Methodist Church in Holyoke. For some in Gentry’s family, this is their home church and several generations in her family have been married here as well. They brought in a pastor who is also a family friend to conduct a very beautiful ceremony for the two of them. Rick and I were especially touched by how Gentry and Jeremy made his mom (who had recently passed away) such an important part of the day. It truly was a very loving and heartfelt wedding ceremony.

After the ceremony we grabbed the newlyweds and headed for the gorgeous sunlight. We found a natural area to take advantage of the perfect sunlight and then headed to the Phillips County Event center to finish their creative bridal portraits. Rick and I took Gentry and Jeremy around the area behind the event center, and found ourselves exploring the old fairgrounds buildings as well as the bleachers at the rodeo arena. It was great to get to steal these two away so that they could really enjoy some private time in areas that meant so much to them. And as you’ll see with the images below, Rick and I fell in love with the areas under the bleachers!

We finished the Phillips County Event Center wedding with a fun, country themed reception that included hilarious toasts, beautiful special dances and a pretty epic cake fight! It was the perfect conclusion to a fantastic day!

Gentry and Jeremy, we appreciate you allowing us the opportunity to document such an important day! We can’t wait to see what is in store for you both in the future! Best of luck with everything! 🙂

The rest of the night was spent with great dancing and an enjoyable party!

Mackenzie and John chose to have a beautiful Spearfish Canyon Lodge wedding in Spearfish, South Dakota and we were so excited when Mackenzie’s mom Angel contacted us to capture their big day! These two met while attending the University of Wyoming and we got to know them during their UW campus engagement session. We knew their day would be amazing and it definitely didn’t let us down!

Rick and I have been fortunate to photograph multiple times in South Dakota and every time we are there we are both blown away with how beautiful and green everything is! This Spearfish Canyon Lodge wedding was no different at all! Mackenzie and John were blessed with a gorgeous and sunny day for their ceremony and shared beautiful vows together. We were able to sneak away with these two after the ceremony to take advantage of the gorgeous surroundings for their creative bridal portraits. The reception had it all; funny and heart felt toasts, gourmet cupcakes, amazing country swing dancing and tons of fun!

Mackenzie and John, thank you so much for allowing us to document your big day! We were truly honored to be there and appreciate you both very much! As fellow Disney Cruise Line LOVERS, we hope you had an amazing time on your honeymoon! Rick and I will be praying for you both as you begin your lives together. 🙂

SPEARFISH CANYON LODGE WEDDING

I love the nervous excitement that you can sometimes feel while the bride and groom are getting ready.

SPEARFISH CANYON LODGE WEDDING

Nerves typically begin as soon as our grooms begin putting on their tux or suit.

SPEARFISH CANYON LODGE WEDDING

A cowboy hat AND Mickey Mouse/Disney cuff links? John was definitely stylin’!

SPEARFISH CANYON LODGE WEDDING

The weather was hot but absolutely perfect for Mackenzie and John’s Spearfish Canyon Lodge wedding.

Mackenzie truly was a stunning bride. So beautiful, girly!

SPEARFISH CANYON LODGE WEDDING

They were so naturally photogenic together and we had such a fun time with the two of them.

SPEARFISH CANYON LODGE WEDDING

More perfect light, a secluded dirt trail and newlywed passion.

SPEARFISH CANYON LODGE WEDDING

We could have photographed these guys for hours but we had to get them back to the reception where their loved ones were waiting!

SPEARFISH CANYON LODGE WEDDING

The reception details and decor was so beautifully designed and elegant. Angel and Melissa did a fantastic job!

SPEARFISH CANYON LODGE WEDDING

The centerpieces were done so well and the colors were perfect.

SPEARFISH CANYON LODGE WEDDING

Details are very easy to photograph when they are this pretty.

SPEARFISH CANYON LODGE WEDDING

We don’t see a lot of navy blue but it looked so good paired with the maroon. Loved it!

SPEARFISH CANYON LODGE WEDDING

Mackenzie and John’s rings were easy to photograph as well…John did a great job, right ladies? 🙂

SPEARFISH CANYON LODGE WEDDING

The flowers were beautiful as well (this shot was taken 30 seconds before a crazy downpour of rain!)

SPEARFISH CANYON LODGE WEDDING

Gourmet cupcakes in 5 flavors provided by Nancy’s Fancie Cupcakes ‘n Cakes!

SPEARFISH CANYON LODGE WEDDING

Mackenzie’s sisters were both HILARIOUS while delivering their maid of honors speeches!

SPEARFISH CANYON LODGE WEDDING

They also shared heartfelt words for Mackenzie and John as well.

SPEARFISH CANYON LODGE WEDDING

John’s brothers were both very funny as well!

SPEARFISH CANYON LODGE WEDDING

All four of them had the all of guests AND the newlyweds laughing.

SPEARFISH CANYON LODGE WEDDING

The first dance together for Mackenzie and John as husband and wife…

SPEARFISH CANYON LODGE WEDDING

Of course with a country wedding, a Wyoming girl and a groom with a cowboy hat there is going to be swing dancing…

SPEARFISH CANYON LODGE WEDDING

…and more country swing dancing.

SPEARFISH CANYON LODGE WEDDING

John finished with a romantic dip of his beautiful bride.

SPEARFISH CANYON LODGE WEDDING

Mackenzie and her dad shared a very special father/daughter dance together.

SPEARFISH CANYON LODGE WEDDING

John was able to share a similar moment with his mother as well.

SPEARFISH CANYON LODGE WEDDING

Mackenzie was surprised by all of her sorority sisters in attendance with a special “sorority sister’s song”.

SPEARFISH CANYON LODGE WEDDING

Mackenzie’s grandmother and mother were in the same sorority and joined in on the song. How cool is that?

SPEARFISH CANYON LODGE WEDDING

The Spearfish Canyon Lodge wedding ended with some pretty cool dancing…

SPEARFISH CANYON LODGE WEDDING

Some amazing lip syncing and bridal party dancing…

SPEARFISH CANYON LODGE WEDDING

And an adorable little one who wanted to join in on the festivities! 🙂

Rick and I were thrilled to get the opportunity to be Erin and Chase’s Little America Cheyenne wedding photographers! Their ceremony was held at the beautiful and historic St. Mary’s Cathedral in Cheyenne, Wyoming. After a trolley ride around Cheyenne, we ended up at the gorgeous Little America ballroom for the wedding reception. Emotional speeches, beautiful special dances and yummy cupcakes highlighted the evening.

Erin and Chase, we can’t thank you enough for choosing Rick and I to be your Little America Cheyenne wedding photographers! We had such a great time photographing your big day and can’t wait to see what God has in store for you in the future! Congratulations, guys!

LITTLE AMERICA CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

I try to arrive a little bit early to each wedding because I absolutely love photographing the dress, jewelry and other bridal details.

LITTLE AMERICA CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

After photographing all of those details I have plenty of time to spend with the lovely bride while she is getting ready.

LITTLE AMERICA CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

Erin was such a gorgeous bride and was so easy to photograph!

LITTLE AMERICA CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

Erin’s mom was helping her get ready for the big day and that made for some very special moments while putting the dress on.

LITTLE AMERICA CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

When Rick and I are photographing the “getting ready” we try to find dramatic lighting that will really add to the storytelling.

LITTLE AMERICA CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

Erin’s dress from Felice Bridal was stunning and black and white images like this one really show the amazing detail.

LITTLE AMERICA CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

A few more angles of the beautiful dress and the even more beautiful bride.

LITTLE AMERICA CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

We had a first look so that Erin’s father could see her for the first time in her dress. This was his reaction!

LITTLE AMERICA CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

The few final touch ups on Erin’s hair as the ceremony approaches.

LITTLE AMERICA CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

Erin and Chase’s ceremony was held at the incredible St. Mary’s Cathedral in Cheyenne, Wyoming.

LITTLE AMERICA CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

The cathedral is over 100 years old and is such a beautiful place to have a wedding ceremony.

LITTLE AMERICA CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

All of the little details from the cathedral add to the overall feeling of the ceremony.

LITTLE AMERICA CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

Minutes before the ceremony the father stopped in to go over everything with Chase and his guys and give them a last minute pep talk!

LITTLE AMERICA CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

This little cutie had a LONG aisle to walk down while throwing the flower petals.

LITTLE AMERICA CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

This moment when Erin and her father enter St. Mary’s Cathedral is breathtaking, isn’t it?

LITTLE AMERICA CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

Chase’s reaction to Erin and her father coming down the aisle…

LITTLE AMERICA CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

…and Erin’s reaction to seeing here future groom at the end of the aisle.

LITTLE AMERICA CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

The very proud father of the bride shared a nice moment with Chase as he handed off Erin.

LITTLE AMERICA CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

As Little America Cheyenne wedding photographers, we get to photograph many of those ceremonies at St. Mary’s Cathedral.

LITTLE AMERICA CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

We love capturing special looks and little glances between the bride and groom during the ceremony.

LITTLE AMERICA CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

Here are a few of Chase’s groomsmen during the ceremony.

LITTLE AMERICA CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

Again, isn’t this cathedral absolutely amazing? Such a beautiful and historic building.

LITTLE AMERICA CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

We love the way that Erin is looking at Chase in this image…

LITTLE AMERICA CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

…and that way that Chase is looking at Erin here as well.

LITTLE AMERICA CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

These two are very much in love and it definitely showed during the ceremony.

LITTLE AMERICA CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

I now pronounce you husband and wife…you may kiss your new bride!

LITTLE AMERICA CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

Erin and Chase (and all of their bridal party) took a trolley ride around Cheyenne.

LITTLE AMERICA CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

The light was absolutely perfect so we had them stop at a local park for some photos!

LITTLE AMERICA CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

These two were so incredibly natural and comfortable in front of the camera that is made things super easy for us!

LITTLE AMERICA CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

We really just found great light and allowed their love and personalities to come out.

LITTLE AMERICA CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

This timeless black and white is one of our faves from the day. Don’t they look like movie stars?

LITTLE AMERICA CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

A very simple and elegant portrait of the lovely bride.

LITTLE AMERICA CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

We spent around 30 minutes with these two for the bridal portraits but easily could have spent a few hours.

LITTLE AMERICA CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

Sometimes leaving our couples alone and allowing genuine emotion to come out makes for much more natural images.

LITTLE AMERICA CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

Love the natural framing and lines of the tree limbs in this image. Again, they could be a Hollywood couple, right?

LITTLE AMERICA CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

It’s easy to document the genuine passion of newlyweds.

LITTLE AMERICA CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

Erin’s gorgeous bouquet was created by The Prairie Rose in Cheyenne.

LITTLE AMERICA CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

Chase’s shades totally make this image.

LITTLE AMERICA CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

We love Erin’s confidence to stare down the camera in this image!

LITTLE AMERICA CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

Another gorgeous and serene take of our beautiful bride.

LITTLE AMERICA CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

We feel so lucky getting to be Little America Cheyenne wedding photographers! It’s our favorite place to photograph a wedding reception!

LITTLE AMERICA CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

All of the details (even the lighting fixtures) were all so interesting.

LITTLE AMERICA CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

All of the floral pieces designed by The Prairie Rose were so creative. Carol from A-One Weddings and Events did a fantastic job not only planning but also with all the decor!

LITTLE AMERICA CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

More detail shots of all of the pretty table decor.

LITTLE AMERICA CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

Erin’s ring was one of the prettiest we have seen. So simple yet so elegant. Stunning!

LITTLE AMERICA CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

High fives all around as the bride and groom are announced at their grand entrance.

LITTLE AMERICA CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

Erin’s father gave a very heart felt and emotional toast for the new husband and wife.

LITTLE AMERICA CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

This is the same moment photographed from another angle to show Erin’s reaction to her father’s speech.

LITTLE AMERICA CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

It truly was a very special moment in an evening that was filled with them.

LITTLE AMERICA CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

The first dance as husband and wife.

LITTLE AMERICA CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

Chase would make Erin laugh throughout the day and their first dance was no exception.

LITTLE AMERICA CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

As Little America Cheyenne wedding photographers, we try to show the emotion and looks that our couples give during these moments…

LITTLE AMERICA CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

…as well as taking wide shots to show the room and environment too! It’s a very beautiful wedding venue!

LITTLE AMERICA CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

If you can’t tell we LOVE black and white images for the timeless and cinematic feel they bring!

LITTLE AMERICA CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

Here Erin and her father get to share one final moment of the day during the father/daughter dance.

LITTLE AMERICA CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

They both did a pretty good job of holding the tears back as much as they could.

LITTLE AMERICA CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

It feel like you can just FEEL the embrace in this photo, doesn’t it?

LITTLE AMERICA CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

Chase got to have a touching dance with his mother as well.

LITTLE AMERICA CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

And he made her laugh just like he made Erin laugh as well!

LITTLE AMERICA CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

Beautiful, creative and YUMMY cupcakes!

LITTLE AMERICA CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

Don’t you just love how joyful these two were throughout their day?

LITTLE AMERICA CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

Even while cutting their cake they were having such a great time!

LITTLE AMERICA CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

The evening ended with a few memorable toasts.

LITTLE AMERICA CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

The first toast came from Erin’s former basketball competitor turned maid of honor.

LITTLE AMERICA CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

It was a beautiful, funny and very heartfelt speech.

LITTLE AMERICA CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

Chase’s best man followed with his own amazing toast.

LITTLE AMERICA CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

You can tell by their faces that Erin and Chase really enjoyed it.

LITTLE AMERICA CHEYENNE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

Congratulations, guys! It was an honor being your Little America Cheyenne wedding photographers! 🙂

After getting to spend so much time with Darian and Aunders during their engagement session, Rick and I were even more excited for their Marian H Rochelle Gateway Center wedding! As Christians, Darian and Aunders’ faith on God and love for Jesus is the most important thing to them, and it definitely showed as they shared a very beautiful and Godly ceremony at Laramie Valley Chapel. We were blessed with a gorgeous Wyoming summer day and found the prettiest aspen tree grove for bridal portraits of Darian and Aunders. And finally, what would a Marian H Rochelle Gateway Center wedding be without an elegant wedding reception?! It’s truly a beautiful and perfect spot for a wedding reception!

Darian and Aunders, thank you so much for trusting us to document your big day! Rick and I appreciate you both so much! We love your great senses of humor, we love your kindness and generosity, we love how you treat each other and most importantly…we love that you both LOVE Jesus and want to share that with others! Rick and I will be praying for you both and can’t wait to see what God has in store for you both!

MARIAN H ROCHELLE GATEWAY CENTER WEDDINGLove that Darian was surrounded by friends who wanted to help her get ready!

MARIAN H ROCHELLE GATEWAY CENTER WEDDING

Darian’s earrings and her getting ready gown were absolutely gorgeous!

MARIAN H ROCHELLE GATEWAY CENTER WEDDING

All of her girls in the bridal party had the exact same beautiful getting ready dresses as Darian.

MARIAN H ROCHELLE GATEWAY CENTER WEDDING

Her girls did a fantastic job of helping her to get ready for the big day.

MARIAN H ROCHELLE GATEWAY CENTER WEDDING

Isn’t the detail on the back of Darian’s wedding dress from A Day To Remember Bridal absolutely gorgeous?

MARIAN H ROCHELLE GATEWAY CENTER WEDDING

LOVE this moment when Darian’s grandmother put this family heirloom bracelet on the beautiful bride’s wrist.

MARIAN H ROCHELLE GATEWAY CENTER WEDDING

Aunders was the very definition of composure as he got ready for the wedding.

MARIAN H ROCHELLE GATEWAY CENTER WEDDING

Calm, cool , collected and very stylish.

MARIAN H ROCHELLE GATEWAY CENTER WEDDING

Darian and Aunders chose to have their ceremony at Laramie Valley Chapel in Laramie, Wyoming.

MARIAN H ROCHELLE GATEWAY CENTER WEDDING

The church was the perfect setting for these two to exchange vows to each other.

MARIAN H ROCHELLE GATEWAY CENTER WEDDING

You can almost feel the anticipation in this image as Aunders awaits his bride coming down the aisle.

MARIAN H ROCHELLE GATEWAY CENTER WEDDING

Darian’s dad walked her down the aisle. She began by sharing a special moment with him…

MARIAN H ROCHELLE GATEWAY CENTER WEDDING

…and then turned her attention to her future husband waiting for her at the altar.

MARIAN H ROCHELLE GATEWAY CENTER WEDDING

Another look at the beautiful detail work on the back of Darian’s wedding dress.

MARIAN H ROCHELLE GATEWAY CENTER WEDDING

We’ve mentioned it many times, but there is something really special about the “look” couples give each other during the ceremony.

MARIAN H ROCHELLE GATEWAY CENTER WEDDING

The architecture in Laramie Valley Chapel is incredible! (We are extremely biased as this is our home church!)

MARIAN H ROCHELLE GATEWAY CENTER WEDDING

WE love Darian. She was such a stunning bride. And again, you can almost FEEL her emotion in this photo.

MARIAN H ROCHELLE GATEWAY CENTER WEDDING

Her bridesmaids could feel the emotion of a beautiful ceremony as well.

MARIAN H ROCHELLE GATEWAY CENTER WEDDING

Darian and Aunders’ pastor did a fantastic job of sharing the Gospel at the ceremony and defining the biblical roles of marriage.

MARIAN H ROCHELLE GATEWAY CENTER WEDDING

Love this candid shot of one of the guests doing her best to document the occasion.

MARIAN H ROCHELLE GATEWAY CENTER WEDDING

Aunders’ groomsmen during the ceremony. What a great group of guys.

MARIAN H ROCHELLE GATEWAY CENTER WEDDING

Darian’s sense of humor is perfect! We learned how funny she is during her engagement session and loved it during her ceremony as well!

MARIAN H ROCHELLE GATEWAY CENTER WEDDING

Darian and Aunders are both Christians who wanted their ceremony to be all about Jesus! Amen!

MARIAN H ROCHELLE GATEWAY CENTER WEDDING

Love, love love that these two made it a priority to pray together as they began their life together as one.

MARIAN H ROCHELLE GATEWAY CENTER WEDDING

The happy couple being announced for the very first time as husband and wife!

MARIAN H ROCHELLE GATEWAY CENTER WEDDING

Summertime in Wyoming is beautiful. We were blessed with perfect weather and gorgeous sunshine.

MARIAN H ROCHELLE GATEWAY CENTER WEDDING

Darian’s humor was our secret weapon during bridal pictures. We could leave these two alone and their chemistry would shine through.

MARIAN H ROCHELLE GATEWAY CENTER WEDDING

The is something incredibly special about spending time with newlyweds right after they are married.

MARIAN H ROCHELLE GATEWAY CENTER WEDDING

The handsome groom beaming on his wedding day.

MARIAN H ROCHELLE GATEWAY CENTER WEDDING

Darian has a special way of being able to stare down the camera in a way that is both beautiful and confident.

MARIAN H ROCHELLE GATEWAY CENTER WEDDING

More beauty from summer in Wyoming and a very happy couple!

MARIAN H ROCHELLE GATEWAY CENTER WEDDING

One of the most important aspects of being a wedding photographer is helping make your clients comfortable in front of the camera. These two really didn’t need much help at all.

MARIAN H ROCHELLE GATEWAY CENTER WEDDING

A lovely bride, a handsome groom and a pretty, winding path through a back lit aspen grove? Yes, please! 🙂

MARIAN H ROCHELLE GATEWAY CENTER WEDDING

The romance created by these two literally jumps out of EVERY photo!

MARIAN H ROCHELLE GATEWAY CENTER WEDDING

Darian, you were so beautiful, both on the inside and out. 🙂

MARIAN H ROCHELLE GATEWAY CENTER WEDDING

We could have spent hours photographing these two, but we had to get them back for the Marian H Rochelle Gateway Center wedding!

MARIAN H ROCHELLE GATEWAY CENTER WEDDING

Aunders did a fantastic job choosing Darian’s ring, right ladies?

MARIAN H ROCHELLE GATEWAY CENTER WEDDING

Darian’s amazing floral arrangements were created by…her mom! Soooo creative, Tish!

MARIAN H ROCHELLE GATEWAY CENTER WEDDING

Receptions at each and every Marian H Rochelle Gateway Center wedding we photograph are so elegant.

MARIAN H ROCHELLE GATEWAY CENTER WEDDING

Love how Tish and Darian chose to style the details and decor at the reception!

MARIAN H ROCHELLE GATEWAY CENTER WEDDING

Of course such generous and thoughtful people like Darian and Aunders (and their families) would have thank you bags filled with COOKIES for all guests.

MARIAN H ROCHELLE GATEWAY CENTER WEDDING

Powder River, Let ‘Er Buck! Go Cowboys!

MARIAN H ROCHELLE GATEWAY CENTER WEDDING

Aunders’ guys all gave a toast and gave us the dirt on the groom!

MARIAN H ROCHELLE GATEWAY CENTER WEDDING

Darian’s ladies all stood up and gave beautiful toasts for her as well.

MARIAN H ROCHELLE GATEWAY CENTER WEDDING

Will you all please raise your glass…

MARIAN H ROCHELLE GATEWAY CENTER WEDDING

…to celebrate the new Mr. and Mrs. Hallsten!

MARIAN H ROCHELLE GATEWAY CENTER WEDDING

Darian’s mom, Tish, gave a beautiful toast for her oldest daughter.

MARIAN H ROCHELLE GATEWAY CENTER WEDDING

Aunders’ mom gave a special toast for him and his new wife as well.

MARIAN H ROCHELLE GATEWAY CENTER WEDDINGLove this laugh from Darian during the first dance!

MARIAN H ROCHELLE GATEWAY CENTER WEDDING

First dance together as husband and wife. On a side note, we love the symmetry of the room when photographing a Marian H Rochelle Gateway Center wedding!

MARIAN H ROCHELLE GATEWAY CENTER WEDDING

The romance and chemistry again between these two…

MARIAN H ROCHELLE GATEWAY CENTER WEDDING

Darian and Aunders also chose to focus on some fun for their first dance.

MARIAN H ROCHELLE GATEWAY CENTER WEDDING

Rick and I have a daughter. He looks forward to experiencing this moment one day. Congratulations, Murray. 🙂

MARIAN H ROCHELLE GATEWAY CENTER WEDDING

Dancing, singing and having an all out great time!

MARIAN H ROCHELLE GATEWAY CENTER WEDDING

The mother and son dance is always a special moment as well.

When Rachel and Dyllon first contacted us to be their Casper Wyoming wedding photographers, they mentioned that they were having a very intimate backyard wedding. Rick and I couldn’t wait! We LOVE how every wedding we photograph is so unique and different and Rachel and Dyllon’s day was amazing! It included everything from Dyllon’s wooden bow tie to Rachel’s handmade, crocheted bouquet reception details and even fresh baked cookies and ice cold milk! All is a beautiful and intimate backyard setting!

Rachel and Dyllon, thank you so much for allowing us to document your big day! We appreciate you both so much and genuinely had so much fun with two! Rick and I laughed until our stomachs hurt! We wish you both all the best and can’t wait to see what married life has in store for you!

CASPER WYOMING WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

Isn’t black and white so timeless when it comes to candid getting ready shots?

CASPER WYOMING WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

We absolutely loved all of the SPARKLE on Rachel’s showed off on her big day! Who doesn’t love Betsey Johnson!

CASPER WYOMING WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

The lovely bride beginning her day…”getting ready” is one of our favorite parts of the day to photograph.

CASPER WYOMING WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

As Casper Wyoming wedding photographers, our job is to provide timeless photography; doesn’t Rachel looks so beautiful here?

CASPER WYOMING WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

These ladies did such a fantastic job getting Rachel prepared for the big day and were so helpful throughout the entire day!

CASPER WYOMING WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

Isn’t Rachel’s necklace absolutely stunning?

CASPER WYOMING WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

Dyllon is fashionable guy, a music teacher and has one of the coolest tattoos ever to show that passion.

CASPER WYOMING WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

Like many of our grooms, Dyllon chose to rock a bow tie for the big day.

CASPER WYOMING WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

But his bow tie was quite a bit different than any other bow tie we have seen or photographed…

CASPER WYOMING WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

A wooden bow tie with musical notes engraved in it? Seriously? Is this not the coolest thing you’ve seen in a long time?

CASPER WYOMING WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

The anxious groom patiently waiting for his beautiful bride to walk down the aisle.

CASPER WYOMING WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

Rachel had both her mom and dad walk her down the aisle!

CASPER WYOMING WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

Rick and I take pride in naturally capturing all of the different emotions of the day; Dyllon had the best laugh!

CASPER WYOMING WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

As Casper Wyoming wedding photographers, we get to photograph many different weddings. This intimate, backyard affair was a favorite! Retractable Roof Systems Melbourne provided all the necessary outdoor accessories for the wedding

CASPER WYOMING WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

Both Rachel and Dyllon wrote their own vows which made for a very fun and romantic ceremony.

CASPER WYOMING WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

I absolutely LOVE the way Dyllon is looking at Rachel as she recites her vows to him.

CASPER WYOMING WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

That laugh. Dyllon had the most animated and genuine laugh we have ever seen. It was contagious!

CASPER WYOMING WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

With this ring…I Dyllon, take you Rachel, to be my wife…

CASPER WYOMING WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

Rachel was every bit as smitten and in love with her groom as he was with her. Magical.

CASPER WYOMING WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

There was so much joy and laughter throughout their entire day!

CASPER WYOMING WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

Dyllon and his fellas. This group definitely knew how to laugh and have a great time.

CASPER WYOMING WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

Can you just feel all of the drama, personality and all around sass coming through this photo of Rachel and her girls?

CASPER WYOMING WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

The very best part of being Casper Wyoming wedding photographers is getting to take newlyweds out for creative bridal portraits!

CASPER WYOMING WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

When two people love each other as much as these two do, our task of capturing that emotion is pretty easy.

CASPER WYOMING WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

Seriously can’t get over just how fashionable and amazing Dyllon and Rachel look here!

CASPER WYOMING WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

This is how our whole day went with Rachel and Dyllon; Rick and Dyllon were joking non-stop and our entire time was so much fun!

CASPER WYOMING WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

Recipe for a great wedding image: Beautiful Bride + Gorgeous Dress + Perfect Sunlight = Amazingly Stunning Bridal Portrait.

CASPER WYOMING WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

Rachel definitely had the confidence to stare down the camera.

CASPER WYOMING WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

And she looked so amazing in her individual bridal portrait that we decided to add Dyllon to that photo as well.

CASPER WYOMING WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

More of the genuine emotion and true love that these guys share for one another.

CASPER WYOMING WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

We secretly think Dyllon was intentionally posing with his right arm forward to show his awesome tattoo. 🙂

CASPER WYOMING WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

Rick and I absolutely ADORE the timeless look and feel of black and white photography! Did you know we have our own “recipe” for our black and white images?

CASPER WYOMING WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

This is Rachel’s gorgeous ring on one of the many crocheted details from the reception.

CASPER WYOMING WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

How cool and unique is the detail at the altar? This was all created by hand by Rachel and her friends…

CASPER WYOMING WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

Another close-up look at the beauty and detail of everything that these ladies created. Absolutely stunning.

CASPER WYOMING WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

Yes, there were even crocheted flowers that they created for the big day.

CASPER WYOMING WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

Every single one of the hand made details added to very intimate feel of their back yard wedding.

CASPER WYOMING WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

We could absolutely feel all of Rachel’s style and taste everywhere we looked. Is was truly amazing to see it all!

CASPER WYOMING WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

Lawn games such as Giant Jenga and Giant Dice kept the kiddos busy and having fun as well!

CASPER WYOMING WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

The fact that Rachel; hand crocheted her bouquet still blows our minds; not sure this photo truly shows how amazing it was!

CASPER WYOMING WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

Introducing, for the first time as husband and wife…Mr. and Mrs. Boyer!

CASPER WYOMING WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

Rachel’s dad gave a beautiful and heartfelt toast for his daughter.

CASPER WYOMING WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

Her matron of honor shared many funny stories from their past as well!

CASPER WYOMING WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

We’ve mentioned this several times, but we LOVE hearing the stories of the bride and groom during toasts!

CASPER WYOMING WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

These two were so romantic and too cute throughout the entire day.

CASPER WYOMING WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

Another angle and look of the toast from Rachel’s matron of honor.

CASPER WYOMING WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

Cheers to the lovely bride and groom.

CASPER WYOMING WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

We were blessed with gorgeous sunlight for Rachel and Dyllon’s first dance.

CASPER WYOMING WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

Again, Rachel looking stunning during her first dance with Dyllon.

CASPER WYOMING WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

Pure and absolute joy to be married to each other!

CASPER WYOMING WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

Is it weird to compliment these guys as the most symmetrical dancers ever? 🙂

CASPER WYOMING WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

Rachel and Dyllon cut the most incredible looking cheesecake…

CASPER WYOMING WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

…and no, it wasn’t hand crocheted by Rachel. LOL! 🙂

CASPER WYOMING WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

Wedding guests got to enjoy fresh baked cookies and ice cold milk!!!!

CASPER WYOMING WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

Rachel and her dad shared several moments during the father daughter dance.

CASPER WYOMING WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

Their dance was beautifully choreographed from start to finish…

CASPER WYOMING WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

…and was a joy to document. We are so blessed to get to be Casper Wyoming wedding photographers.

CASPER WYOMING WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

Dyllon’s dance with his mom was NOT choreographed at all; total free style fun!

We had the most amazing time photographing Jennifer and Cody’s Glenrock Wyoming wedding! As we pulled up to Grants Ranch, which was the site of the wedding for the day, the first thing we saw was a giant red barn. If you are a wedding photographer and the first thing you see is a GIANT RED BARN, you immediately thank God because you just know it is going to be a great day! After spending an hour fishing and laughing non-stop during Jennifer and Cody’s engagement session, we also knew just how much fun we would be having with these two on their wedding day as well.

Jennifer and her sister got ready in the lower level of the barn. Combine a beautiful bride in a stunning bridal gown with gorgeous light in the middle of an amazing barn…and you pretty much have a photographer’s dream! All we had to do was not screw this thing up, right? Jennifer didn’t know at the time, but her sister had planned for them to be picked up at the barn in a horse and carriage. The two of them were then driven to the outdoor ceremony area.

Jennifer was walked down the aisle by her brother and sister and as soon as she exited the carriage and turned the corner she locked eyes with Cody, staring at him the whole way down the aisle. Their intimate ceremony was officiated by their home “cowboy pastor” from the Happy Jack Country Church in Cheyenne, Wyoming. After a beautiful ceremony, Rick and I had the chance to take the new bride and groom back the the barn for their bridal portraits. We, as always, chased the good light and focused on just how natural Jennifer and Cody are and just how much they love each other. And if we haven’t mentioned it enough already, this Glenrock Wyoming wedding had a giant red barn for us to use for photos.

The day ended with a small country reception that was filled with thoughtful and rustic details. Not only did Jennifer and Cody serve doughnuts instead of cake, they had a NACHO BAR for their guests! Have you ever had beef brisket nachos? If you have net, you HONESTLY need to add this to your bucket list ASAP!

Jennifer and Cody, we appreciate you both so much! Thanks for your amazing senses of humor! Thanks for having us document this incredible day for you! Thanks for making God and His Word such a large part of your ceremony! And, thanks for being so thoughtful and accommodating to everyone on your wedding day. You guys are the best! 🙂

GLENROCK WYOMING WEDDING

This beautiful and rustic Glenrock Wyoming wedding took place on the gorgeous Grants Ranch.

GLENROCK WYOMING WEDDING

Our bride Jennifer’s style and jewelry were absolutely perfect.

GLENROCK WYOMING WEDDING

The gown that Jennifer chose from The Bridal Collection was absolutely stunning!

GLENROCK WYOMING WEDDING

What would a Glenrock Wyoming wedding be without a beautiful bride getting ready in a rustic old barn?

GLENROCK WYOMING WEDDING

Jennifer and Cody’s details were also perfectly chosen for their big day.

GLENROCK WYOMING WEDDING

The lovely bride was surprised by her sister and was brought down to the ceremony in a horse and carriage!

GLENROCK WYOMING WEDDING

What a great make to make an “entrance” to your wedding!

GLENROCK WYOMING WEDDING

Our bride Jennifer was walked down the aisle by her brother and sister and locked eyes with Cody the entire way.

GLENROCK WYOMING WEDDING

Jennifer is one of the funniest brides we’ve ever had; her sense of humor is incredible!

GLENROCK WYOMING WEDDING

This picture perfectly represents an outdoor, rustic Glenrock Wyoming wedding!

GLENROCK WYOMING WEDDING

Jennifer and Cody had their home pastor from Happy Jack Country Church in Cheyenne on hand to marry them.

GLENROCK WYOMING WEDDING

We love being able to document intimate weddings where friends and family are such a large part of the day.

GLENROCK WYOMING WEDDING

It also incredible hearing a self described “old cowboy baptist preacher” sharing the Gospel during the ceremony!

GLENROCK WYOMING WEDDING

Cody kept trying to steal a look at his bride as the pastor was going through the ceremony.

GLENROCK WYOMING WEDDING

We definitely enjoyed both the simplicity and intimacy during Jennifer and Cody’s entire ceremony.

GLENROCK WYOMING WEDDING

When God gives us a giant, amazing red barn and two people who love each other SO much our job is super easy!

GLENROCK WYOMING WEDDING

We even had the opportunity to venture inside the amazing red barn for some romantic bridal photos.

GLENROCK WYOMING WEDDING

The light inside the barn was stunning and completely worked for these two!

GLENROCK WYOMING WEDDING

Love the genuine smile Cody has here; the look of a very happy groom.

GLENROCK WYOMING WEDDING

The outside of the barn was obviously picturesque as well and Jennifer and Cody were basically posing themselves.

GLENROCK WYOMING WEDDING

Another look at the amazing light inside the barn. Isn’t Jennifer and her dress absolutely stunning here?

GLENROCK WYOMING WEDDING

We were seriously in love with every aspect and detail of Jennifer’s wedding dress.

GLENROCK WYOMING WEDDING

We probably could have photographed inside and outside this barn for hours! Haha!

GLENROCK WYOMING WEDDING

How beautiful is this bouquet from Marvel Floral Art in Casper Wyoming? (And again, THAT dress!)

GLENROCK WYOMING WEDDING

Did we mention just how much we loved Jennifer’s thoughtful rustic details?

GLENROCK WYOMING WEDDING

LOVED the creativity in this cake from Kick ‘m Up Kottage Katering! (Not shown, but the Brisket Nachos were Ah-mazing!)

GLENROCK WYOMING WEDDING

Jennifer’s ring just had to be photographed on the flaking red barnwood paint, right?

GLENROCK WYOMING WEDDING

A few more of the details…we obviously like them a little bit.

GLENROCK WYOMING WEDDING

What is the perfect dessert at a Glenrock Wyoming wedding with a stunning red barn? Doughnuts.

GLENROCK WYOMING WEDDING

Another look at the beautiful bouquet from Marvel Floral Art.

GLENROCK WYOMING WEDDING

So many interesting things to photograph during Jennifer and Cody’s reception…

GLENROCK WYOMING WEDDING

…the reception felt just like you would imagine an intimate barn wedding.

GLENROCK WYOMING WEDDING

Capturing one of these little, fleeting moments is one of our favorite things about wedding photography!

GLENROCK WYOMING WEDDING

The happy newlyweds enjoying their first dance together as husband and wife.

GLENROCK WYOMING WEDDING

Another angle of the happy couple’s first dance.

GLENROCK WYOMING WEDDING

It was a shame that Jennifer and Cody had to cut into such a piece of art but…the guests needed cake (and doughnuts).

GLENROCK WYOMING WEDDING

Friends and family couldn’t wait to get out on the dance floor to show their best moves.

GLENROCK WYOMING WEDDING

What a wonderful ending to a perfect, fairy tale day!

Photographing Tori and Ryan’s Coors Field wedding was an absolute dream come true for Rick and I! Our entire Osborne family are huge Rockies fans! And we are even bigger fans of wedding photography and especially Tori and Ryan so we knew this day would be amazing!

Tori and Ryan each began their big day by getting ready in private suites that overlooked Coors Field. These two wanted to have an intimate moment before the ceremony and chose to have a first look in the privacy of the Rockies’ dugout. For the ceremony itself, Tori and Ryan actually exchanged their vows at home plate as several of their closest friends and family watched from the premium seats behind home plate. What a fantastic idea, right?

For the creative bridal portraits of Tori and Ryan, we had the opportunity to go anywhere in the ballpark we liked. We were excited to be able to take these two lovebirds all over Coors Field; in the stadium seats above the Rockies’ dugout, down the right field corner below the MLB scoreboard, in the fountains behind center field, at the very top of Coors Field, etc. Because Tori and Ryan are both baseball fans, getting to take their bridal formals in a Major League Baseball stadium was the perfect backdrop for them.

Tori and Ryan, thanks so much for trusting us to document such an important day for the two of you. We think the world of you guys! Tori, it doesn’t seem like that long ago we were photographing you and all those lucky little ones with the Healthy Pokes program. We will be praying and wish you both all of the best in the future!

COORS FIELD WEDDING

Tori and Ryan’s Coors Field wedding was one of the most unique weddings we’ve ever photographed!

COORS FIELD WEDDING

Coors Field is one of the prettiest baseball parks in all of Major League Baseball.

COORS FIELD WEDDING

The architecture and lines of the ballpark at this Coors Field wedding was so interesting!

COORS FIELD WEDDING

There were so many interesting places to photograph Tori’s dress…

COORS FIELD WEDDING

…and it definitely helps when photographing her details that the bride was a Colorado Rockies fan!

COORS FIELD WEDDING

Tori getting ready for her big day in a special suite a the field with all of her girls.

COORS FIELD WEDDING

Ryan and all of his guys had their own suite to get ready in as well!

COORS FIELD WEDDING

The suite that Ryan was getting ready in included a fantastic view of the field!

COORS FIELD WEDDING

Imagine getting to have your first look in the dugout at Coors Field! Amazing right?!

COORS FIELD WEDDING

Ryan loved getting to see his beautiful bride for the first time on her dress!

COORS FIELD WEDDING

Getting to use the entire ballpark for photos was a huge blessing for this Coors Field wedding! Here are Tori and her girls…

What a great looking bridal party!

COORS FIELD WEDDING

Another angle of the very proud father…

COORS FIELD WEDDING

Look at this view! Did you know you can get married at HOME PLATE for a Coors Field wedding? Incredible.

COORS FIELD WEDDING

Tori was absolutely stunning on this day; such a beautiful bride.

COORS FIELD WEDDING

How many grooms wouldn’t want their new bride to look at them like this during their vows?

COORS FIELD WEDDING

And the same for how Ryan is looking at Tori in this image.

COORS FIELD WEDDING

I now declare you husband and wife…

COORS FIELD WEDDING

…Ryan you may now kiss your lovely bride!

COORS FIELD WEDDING

We were blessed to literally have the WHOLE entire empty baseball stadium to take Tori and Ryan’s photos in!

COORS FIELD WEDDING

The empty ballpark was actually a very romantic setting for Tori and Ryan’s Coors Field wedding!

COORS FIELD WEDDING

Ryan was incredibly stylish for his day complete with matching Colorado Rockies socks!

COORS FIELD WEDDING

FIRE UP THE FOUNTAINS, SHE’S GONE!

COORS FIELD WEDDING

The gardens behind the center field wall were amazing! We searched for home run balls but came up empty!

COORS FIELD WEDDING

Gorgeous light in the gardens behind the center field wall of a MLB stadium? Yes, please.

COORS FIELD WEDDING

We even took these two newlyweds to the very top of Coors Field.

COORS FIELD WEDDING

Of course Tori’s bouquet was purple for her favorite team…GO ROCKIES!

COORS FIELD WEDDING

Tori and Ryan looking absolutely amazing in this timeless black and white portrait.

COORS FIELD WEDDING

At a Coors Field wedding you can check last night’s baseball scores AND kiss your new bride or husband! 😉

COORS FIELD WEDDING

The view from the very top of the stadium was breathtaking…and probably a cheap ticket too!

COORS FIELD WEDDING

Touring the stadium we also found the memorabilia from when Nolan hit a game winning HR for the cycle on Father’s Day!

COORS FIELD WEDDING

The Wells Fargo Club is a perfect spot to have your wedding reception at Coors Field.

COORS FIELD WEDDING

Again, with a fantastic view of the entire field!

COORS FIELD WEDDING

Is it even possible to attend a baseball game and not have Cracker Jacks? How about personalized Cracker Jacks for your wedding?

COORS FIELD WEDDING

Tori’s ring is absolutely gorgeous; great job, Ryan!

COORS FIELD WEDDING

The day was so busy taking these two all over Coors Field that we all barely had time for cake.

COORS FIELD WEDDING

Cup and drink holder or beautiful purple bouquet holder?

COORS FIELD WEDDING

Hearing Tori and Ryan’s tell stories about them was definitely a highlight of the day.

COORS FIELD WEDDING

Toasts from the maid of honor and best man are some of our favorite moments from every wedding.

COORS FIELD WEDDING

Raise your glasses in a toast for the bride and groom!

COORS FIELD WEDDING

Apparently we did find time for these two to cut and enjoy their wedding cake together!

COORS FIELD WEDDING

The first dance as husband and wife. In the Wells Fargo Club. At Coors Field. Pretty incredible.

COORS FIELD WEDDING

Ryan sharing a moment with his mom during the mother and son dance.

COORS FIELD WEDDING

And Tori getting share a similar moment with her dad.

COORS FIELD WEDDING

The evening concluded with open dancing at the party…

COORS FIELD WEDDING

…and a gorgeous sunset as a perfect bookend to a storybook day.

Rick and I were so excited have the opportunity to be Brook and Casey’s Casper WY wedding photographers! These two love birds had a beautiful ceremony at the Prince of Peace Lutheran church in Casper, WY followed by a fun an emotional wedding reception at the Wolcott Galleria. When we had last seen Brook and Casey, they were helping to pull Rick and I out of a giant snow bank we had gotten our car horribly stuck in. What a great way to build a little rapport right before their engagement session, right?

One thing that really stood out to us on Brook and Casey’s wedding day was just how many great friends and family they had in each of their bridal parties. Throughout the entire day, both Brook’s ladies and Casey’s fellas did absolutely anything they all could to make the day go as smoothly as possible. It was obvious and apparent how important the bride and groom were to them. And after spending the entire day with Brook and Casey, we can definitely see why their friends and family adore them!

We were also blessed with gorgeous sunlight for the bridal images of Brook and Casey! As Casper WY wedding photographers, our task to create amazing and timeless wedding images becomes much easier when combing a beautiful bride and handsome groom with a gorgeous sunlit natural area. The more we left these two alone and encouraged them to be “in the moment” with each other, the more magic we were able to capture between the two of them. Brook and Casey really did make our job so easy!

Brook and Casey, thank you both so much for giving Rick and I this opportunity to document such an important day for you. We were honored to be there and genuinely enjoyed spending the day with you and your families. You guys were so easy to work with and we had a fantastic time! We will be praying for you as you begin this new journey together!

Rick and I were so happy to photograph Elena & Adam’s Fort Collins LDS Temple Sealing. We have known Elena’s sweet family for years now, beginning with photographing her sister Brindisi’s big day! When their momma emailed to let us know that Elena was engaged we were thrilled when she asked us if we would like to photograph for them once again.

I am not going to start off this post not by telling you how amazing their Fort Collins LDS Temple sealing was (and it was AH-MAZE-ING just so you know). Instead I am going to blow your mind for a moment by telling you that our uber talented bride Elena MADE HER OWN WEDDING DRESS. That’s right, that gorgeous tea length gown she is wearing? She created it from nothing, with her own two hands. I am so so so in love with the style she chose, the beautiful fabric she crafted it from and the way she bravely decided to take on the task of not buying the perfect dress, but making it! Ok I digress we can now absolutely move on to all the wonderful details that surrounded their day. Just had to get it out there though, SHE MADE HER OWN DRESS. Wowza that’s gutsy!

When we arrived at the Fort Collins LDS Temple to photograph Elena & Adam’s sealing to wildflowers galore in full bloom! A gorgeous full flowing fountain stood in the middle of the grounds and it filled the air with the sound of trickling water. Their friends and family eagerly awaited the happy couple making their temple exit and emerging to celebrate!

After their exit and many hugs from family and friends to congratulate them it was on to photos. We photographed family and bridal party on the Fort Collins LDS temple grounds then headed to Lory State Park for their bridal formals.

These two lovebirds let us march them up mountains, walk them through the pines and got lost in each other among the sagebrush. What really struck us was how natural they were. Elena would just beam and smile so big when Adam got close. Adam being the gentleman that he is carries her gorgeous shoes every time we switched locations, giving her tired feet a rest. Photographing them was easy, they were not only in love but you could also tell they were amazing friends.

When we had our fill of the mountains we headed to Boulder, CO for their reception. The Boulder Museum of Contemporary Art was the PERFECT backdrop for their celebration. What started as a Fort Collins LDS Temple Sealing ended as a trendy and artistic reception in a complete other city! They decorated with tiny twinkle lights, some of the most beautiful flowers we’ve ever seen and inspiring art that just made you feel creative and inspired!

Italian sodas served with vintage golden straws were such a cute idea! We also loved that for their first dance they chose a song from Disney’s The Lion King. What a unique and personal way to make their night so ‘them’. Surrounded by friends and family these two celebrated in style and made their grand exit surrounded by SPARKLERS!

Adam & Elena, thank you for having us. It was a pleasure to work with you and help you to capture such an important day. We cannot wait to see what amazing things are in your future!

Rick and I are so happy to be sharing a wonderful Snowy Range Lodge wedding with you here on the blog. We have long wanted to photograph at this gorgeous venue and Katie + Tyler gave us that opportunity. This laid back, down home, country wedding was an absolute pleasure to photograph!

The day began with Katie getting ready here in Laramie with her maid of honor and her mother. She wore a beautiful Alfred Angelo dress that she had custom tailored to show off her wedding BOOTS! It was so unique to have the getting ready process be so intimate and relaxed. Normally our brides are surrounded by all the hustle and bustle 8 bridesmaids and groomsman can bring but Katie was able to get dressed when she wanted to, grab a snack, sit and chat with her best friend and never feel rushed or behind.

We then made the trip to St Albans Chapel just outside of Centennial, WY where we were greeted by the smell of amazing summer wildflowers! It was such a treat to see the look of love on Tyler’s face as Katie was walked down the aisle by her wonderful Momma. These two exchanged heart felt vows in front of all their friends and family and amidst the beauty of the Snowy Mountain Range.

After that we headed back down the mountain for this Snowy Range Lodge wedding to their rockin reception. We absolutely loved this quaint mountain venue. Nestled in mountain greenery you can just barely see their fantastic sign. Driving up to the lodge itself you are just SURROUNDED with mountain majesty. There is a lovely lake complete with lounge chairs to sit and relax or you could chit chat with the other guests on the rustic wrap around lodge porch. But what would a Snowy Range Lodge wedding be without rustic western decor? Wood slab centerpieces topped with candles covered in fresh green moss. Sun flower topped cupcakes were exquisitely delicious and their custom bird cake topped was adorable. We loved their seed packet wedding favors and those twinkle lights just SPARKLED!

Heart felt speeches gave way to touching dances and our dream of photographing a Snowy Range Lodge wedding was made complete by this amazing couple!

Katie + Tyler, we SO enjoyed our time with you two! Your day was perfect and we were thrilled to have gotten to help you remember it through photos!

Today on the blog we are featuring Kaylee + Daniel’s STUNNING Three Crowns Golf Club Wedding. If you are from Casper you are no doubt aware there are some beautiful places to play golf there, even you can enjoy with an incredible flightscope simulator, you can track your ball, the ball’s entire trajectory is tracked even after it has been launched. One of which is the amazing Three Crowns Gold Club. What you may NOT have known however is recently they started offering the option to have your wedding there. With gorgeous mountain views, excellent staff and an intimate reception area complete with a spacious outdoor deck we could totally see why these two love birds chose this venue for their big day.

This couple has some serious style. We absolutely adored Kaylee’s baby breath headpiece but not as much as that AMAZING dress! WOW! Not to be outdone though Daniel looked so dapper in a modern and luxurious suit that complimented his bride so well. Love how their images tell the story of their awesome bridal party who were not only there to help with their wedding and in support of them but also kept them laughing and having fun the entire day.

They were blessed with a beautiful day for their Three Crowns Golf Club wedding and the sun was just perfect during their outdoor ceremony. If there is one thing we LOVE as wedding photographers it is gorgeous light. We took full advantage of every last drop during their emotion filled ceremony as well as their bridal formals. It was a blast exploring the most picturesque spots on the property and Kaylee was a trooper for pushing through the incredible wind! You wouldn’t have been able to tell it was windy however as these two just look absolutely lost in one another don’t they?

What is a Three Crowns Golf Club wedding without incredible decor. Their breathtaking floral accents looked amazing on their modern style cake that was so elegantly topped with fresh macaroons. You can’t help but smile as you view this set. Seems like Kaylee + Daniel are always smiling, often laughing and truly enjoying one of the best days of their lives. Both Kaylee + Daniel are very involved in their sorority and fraternity and we just love how they included a few Greek traditions into their reception. For these they took advantage of the spacious outdoor patio, a big perk for Three Crown Golf Club weddings!

Kaylee + Daniel, thank you for letting us be a small part of your BIG day. You can just feel the tremendous amount of love and support that surround you two and we have no doubt you are in for an amazing future together.

Washington, DC is one of the most beautiful places in our great country. Not only are you surrounded by gorgeous architecture but those cherry blossoms! Wow now when they are in full bloom that is the stuff heavenly dreams are made of! This is where Angela and Drew call home and they had a BIG task in front of them when they started looking for a place EVEN MORE beautiful than their own wonderful city. Looking for wide open spaces, majestic rocky mountains and drawn to the elegant regal accommodations these two decided to say I DO at the always wonderful Della Terra Mountain Chateau in Estes Park, CO. Although we call Wyoming home when someone is looking for an Estes Park wedding photographer a lot of times they will come across our information. This is because of how we love working there, have photographed EVERYWHERE and might as well make it officially our second home. I grew up in Colorado. Because of this I am kind of a mountain snob, but snow covered peaks in Estes Park literally bring tears to my eyes. What a romantic, unique and breathtaking place for a wedding.

Angela & Drew have a great sense of style. Loved photographing all their details. Simple, classic, elegant and by the way I might as well just tell you now how absolutely in love with her wedding flats I was lol! Her dress was a showstopper for sure and her hair and makeup were so natural and lovely. Their wedding color palette was full of greys and pinks and sea foam green – ADORE! The ceremony was fantastic and it was amazing to see just how many friends and family they had in attendance. Many times when we photograph elopement it is just the closest friends, the immediate family etc. These two are well loved and their wedding was so well attended.

Our job isn’t to terribly difficult right? We photograph people in love on one of the best days of their lives. There was just something about Angela and Drew that made our job so INCREDIBLY easy. The more we left them along, gave them space and let them just BE with one another… FIREWORKS! They were so natural in front of our camera and even now looking back over their images they are just so filled with love and passion. Doesn’t every bride want her groom to look at her the way Drew gazes at Angela? Shouldn’t ever kiss linger and every embrace tighten?

Their reception was a blast and the first dance that they enjoyed as husband and wife was a real treat for the guests. Heartfelt toasts by good friends and just celebrating the happy couple went on well into the night. Under the stars and twinkle lights this Estes Park wedding photographer couldn’t help but just feel overwhelmingly thankful that we get to work with couples like them.

Angela and Drew thank you for choosing Ardent to be your Estes Park wedding photographer. We loved our time with you! Congratulations, you will be in our prayers and we cannot wait to see what the future holds for you!

As always a few of our favorite moments and details from their day:

Rick and I are excited for every wedding we photograph. It is our passion and capturing moments for people in love on one of the best days of their lives NEVER gets old! Another perk of being a wedding photographer is getting to visit new places, gorgeous places, take your breath away places. Combine these two and you can absolutely see why we were counting down ththe months till Kit & Jason’s Granby Ranch wedding!

Kit and Jason are amazing. They have managed to share their love long distance for some time now. But get them together and not only are they head over heels for one another but they are also great friends. Seeing them laugh and giggle was just so heart warming. THAT is the kind of love we all wish we had!

These two planned a gorgeous Granby Ranch wedding. The girls were going to get ready in a YURT while the boys stayed out at Base Camp. They would meet at the top of the mountain with guests being brought up by ski lift. There in front of the most amazing view these two would have the Granby Ranch wedding of their dreams! Then it began to rain and as soon we make it up to the YURT we heard the sound of horns signaling that it was time for everyone to evacuate from the mountain. The storm continued this time without rain but with a bigger menace… lightning. Kit was soon faced with the reality that it was too dangerous to be on the mountain where lightning could strike and there was no protection. Their ceremony would be held at the base of the mountain which was the best case scenario and the worst case would mean moving it inside.

Jason knew that his bride had been dreaming of her amazing Granby Ranch wedding for some time now and that dream included getting married ON TOP OF A MOUNTAIN! In the end the fantastic venue staff came up with a compromise. The happy couple, their Bridal Party, parents and the photography and videography crew would be allowed up. Way to be persistent Jason, we all love you for that.

So on top of that mountain, with an amazing happy audience (and an even more amazingly happy bride) these two said their I Do’s. After their first kiss they literally ran down the aisle as the rain began to really come down.

What’s that saying? You only get married once? Not so for these two! Since their guests were not allowed up they reinacted their vows being exchanged in a second indoor ceremony. How thoughtful is that?!

These two really planned the PERFECT Granby Ranch wedding! Love how they brought a little bit of Wyoming by including Elk antler sheds in their centerpeices. They carried gorgeous vintage detail throughout and their color pallette was so unique! Oh that dessert bar?! To die for! Yummy brownies, heart topped pies and even snores outside at the fire! What a perfect reception!

Kit and Jason your Granby Ranch wedding was one of the highlights of our season! We loved how in the midst of adversity you cared so much for one another, continued to dream BIG and kept such a positive outlook! Even praying to our Great God that if it would be His will that you would MARRY ON A MOUNTAIN! He was so faithful and praise God that is exactly what you did! We loved working with you two and wish you the all the best!

You might remember Stephene & Tony from their hunting engagement session last Fall. You know the one, with the gorgeous changing leaves, epic clouds and the biggest Elk antlers we’ve ever seen! Let’s just say we were a LITTLE excited to see this gorgeous new venue they mentioned to us during their session… Elk Hollow Lodge, at the Silver Spur Ranch. Let me tell you they did not disappoint, if you are planning a Saratoga WY wedding this is a must see on your venue list!

The day started out with Stephene and her girls having their hair and makeup done by the amazingly talented Cherokee of Luna Salon & Spa and her assistant. The styling of Stephene’s hair looked absolutely effortless but I can tell you those braids and curls were amazingly intricate and Cherokee not only did a fantastic job with her styling but also with her FLAWLESS makeup!

Then there was her her dress… INCREDIBLE, like it was made for her. A few delays put us behind schedule a bit as far as our timeline was concerned, but that only gave us an opportunity to miss the storm clouds and rain and head out for pictures when the sunshine had reappeared! These two had an absolutely beautiful ceremony, surrounded by so many of their family and friends.

What is a Saratoga WY Wedding without wide open Wyoming spaces, canopies of trees and those trout filled mountain streams! Their reception was tented next to the lodge and their was a colorful peacock theme carried without. Loved how every part of their Saratoga WY wedding was filled to the brim with emotion! From the vows, to the dances, the toasts… loved them all, us photographers are drawn to tears after all lol! What a lovely, laid back, down home day!

What is a blog post without lots and lots of photos?! Here are a few of our faves:

You cannot help but be inspired at weddings. Seeing two people head over heels in love, committing their ‘forevers’ to one another is one of my absolute favorite parts of being a wedding photographer.

Kari & Jake’s Centennial WY wedding was different however… These two ARE head over heels in love with each other, that is absolutely true. But these two committed their ‘forevers’ not only to each other but also to our Great God Above. These two shared their faith during their ceremony. They didn’t stop at a reading, didn’t do it solely through scripture in their decor. They share the entire gospel – That God sent His only son Jesus Christ to die on the cross for our sins. He rose 3 days later and those that believe in Him will have eternal life. I loved how their officiant reminded us that although this is a GREAT day in their lives it was not the BEST day. That was the day of their salvation. “Do you want to have LOVE like Kari & Jake?’ he asked… “Ask them about their love for Jesus.” <- LOVE THAT!

Photographically Kari & Jake’s wedding was an absolute dream. The colors, the decor, the attire, the beautiful people and their amazing love. So much thought, effort, planning and dreaming went into their big day and we hope our photos did it justice. I am still getting lost in their dreamy bridal formals. Fog, wide open mountainsides and Kari’s beyond gorgeous dress! These two made our job SO easy. Point.Shoot.Amazing!

Kari & Jake you are such an inspiration to us and such great steward of The Lord. We want to love as you love and know that is only possible because He loved us first. Keep up the good work excited to continue to see your lights shine and witness the amazing things God has in store!

Kari’s dress was stunning! We also love how our laid back bride chose to wear Birkinstock’s as her wedding shoes.

centennial wy wedding

All of the bridesmaids said a prayer for these two lovebirds before they walked down the aisle.

centennial wy wedding

We absolutely LOVED the beautiful home Kari & Jake chose for getting ready. Lots of gorgeous available window light. Here Kari is putting on her lovely dress surrounded by beautiful bridesmaids.

centennial wy wedding

It is always so special when brides choose to incorporate COLOR into their wedding dress. This delicate purple sash is such a lovely compliment to her already stunning gown.

centennial wy wedding

Rick and I always joke because as I sit in the salon for hours upon hours watching as hair is curled and makeup is done he gets to ‘hang’ out with the groom. Here is a perfect example, Jake getting a game of pool in before putting on his wedding attire last minute.

centennial wy wedding

These two were completely on point when they chose to go with a bow tie for Jake. He looked so elegant and classic!

centennial wy wedding

Prayer and support from his groomsmen and family before heading out to the ceremony.

centennial wy wedding

These two were married right along the river. Their altar was hand crafted from vintage doors and two gorgeous old west barrels made the perfect flower stands. Another cute detail included here is the fact that BEHIND where they stood they had arranged river rock into a heart with their initials. Too cute right?!

centennial wy wedding

This cute little flower girl totally stole the show in her delicate flower crown and how adorable is their ring bearer?

centennial wy wedding

Kari and her father making an entrance as they walk down the aisle surrounded by family and friends…

centennial wy wedding

Jake has GOT to be one of our favorite grooms. Before the ceremony he mentioned to Rick that he was most likely going to cry when he saw Kari for the first time down the aisle. We adored how real he chose to be and so vulnerable in this moment. THAT is the reaction that every bride wants, am I right girls?

centennial wy wedding

Jake regaining his composure as their officiant begins the ceremony…

centennial wy wedding

One last look at his little girl, LOVE the way this proud father looks in this sweet moment.

centennial wy wedding

What an exceptional crowd. When you meet Kari and Jake however it isn’t hard to see why they had such an incredible turnout for their Centennial WY Wedding ceremony.

centennial wy wedding

Faith is SO important to these two, what a beautiful moment in prayer captured here.

Just a classic Wyoming wedding portrait, surrounded by the golden rod scenery we all love! Wouldn’t be a Centennial WY wedding without this picturesque backdrop.

Loved the vintage decor used throughout. Also thought the use of a hashtag to collect photos was a clever touch…

I chose to photograph Kari & Jake’s rings in one of the many crab apple trees on the property. Don’t you just adore their hand painted wedding sign

These two chose to carry a wine them in their decor with stunning pops of gold to accent their pale perfect wedding colors.

These two opted for a ‘naked’ wedding cake and it looked as good as it tasted! This Centennial WY Wedding isn’t the only one we’ve seen embrace this trend. We have been seeing more and more wedding cakes in this style.

I remember driving in the car with Kelsey & Jake during their engagement session. It was just after the Denver Broncos had won the superbowl and we were discussing athletes and how wonderful it is when they give glory to God for their amazing accomplishments. Somehow we got to talking about how there are many people in the world that believe in God. They believe there is someone or something out there that keeps this whole crazy world spinning, created us and is there for us to pray to when we are in need. The distinction however isn’t between those that believe in god and those that do not but also between those who believe in God and those who believe in Jesus Christ. Kelsey and Jake are followers of Jesus Christ and they chose to make this a very big part of their Della Terra Estes Park wedding.

The Rocky Mountains are one of the most gorgeous sights in all of the world. We often work with couples who choose to marry at Della Terra Mountain Chateau, eloping, or perhaps even bringing a small group of friends and family. Kelsey & Jake however had the destination wedding of the century as they brought all of their friends and family all the way from Texas! We loved the challenge of photographing an amazingly large bridal party and seeing them surrounded by so much love was so touching. We especially loved Kelsey’s ‘Twin of Honor’, her sister Kaitlyn. I can honestly say this is the first time we have ever seen this! These two had prayer circles during getting ready, a beautiful wooden cross to remember the crucifixion and vows before The Lord. We loved the way their faith shined through the entire event.

Kelsey & Jake it was so encouraging hearing what a testimony you have been to those in your lives. We cannot wait to see what amazing things The Lord has in store for you two!

Ardent has been beyond blessed in the amount of work we do and the growing number of couples who choose to hire our studio to photograph their weddings. It still absolutely breaks my heart however when a bride tells about her day, decide it is a perfect fit for us photographically, then find out we aren’t available… Which is why I am so glad in Briana + Brenden’s case we thought to ask if their date was set in stone. Yep, you read it right. This amazing couple CHANGED THEIR WEDDING DATE so that we could capture it for them. How humbling is that? No pressure to have it be the most fantastic wedding we have ever photographed right?! You would have thought their day was a Wyoming wedding, from the rustic farm decor, the laid back down to earth setting and the amazing people celebrating with them as they said they ‘I Do’s’. This was precisely the kind of wedding Rick and I feel drawn to and we were so happy to have gotten to spend the day with them!

We have the privilege of getting to work with some amazing brides. Briana though, was maybe the most laid back bride we have ever had. She was so filled with joy, focused on marrying the man of her dreams and completely unable to be affected when it drizzled the entire day. I distinctly remember asking if we should delay photographer her and her bridesmaids until after the weather had settled a bit, only to be answered with a big smile and a puzzled questions as to why on earth we would do that. These girls could handle a little rain! This continued throughout the day as we asked these two to snuggle amidst the corn stalks. One of my FAVORITE things about their wedding however was getting to photograph in Brenden’s beet field. Brenden is a farmer and those beets not only support his family but they also happen to be VISUALLY STUNNING! That dreamy fog didn’t hurt either! That’s something we’ve never seen from a wyoming wedding!

Take your time and look through some of our faves. SO much love and beauty here!

Jen & Mark planned their beautiful Della Terra Wedding all the way from Seattle, WA. These two are adventurers to the core and wanted to be wed in a place that was as spectacular as their wanderlust dreams. They settled on the majestic Rocky Mountains and chose one of the most beautiful venues in all of Colorado, Della Terra Mountain Chateau. I cannot even imagine planning such a grand event from afar. Rick and I had the pleasure of meeting up with them on a previous ‘planning trip’ to Estes and photographing their engagement session. During this visit I think Jen told us they were finalizing ALL major decisions and had spent the entire day zipping around from vendor to vendor. We were happy they took refuge in each other and in front of our lenses even if it was just for an hour.

The days leading up to their wedding were much of the same. So many people traveling for the wedding, bringing that GORGEOUS dress of hers all the way to Colorado safe and sound and putting finishing touches on every detail. It was truly amazing to see how everything came together. We adored their luggage tag favors and were blown away by their flawless execution of the signature dance from the movie Dirty Dancing, yes complete with that FANTASTIC lift! This was was fun to blog and we are excited to share some of our favorite images with you all…
